What an amazing thing to see the damn minister of power, Babatunde Fashola to come out to have nothing reasonable to say but to persuade Nigerians to just accept the satanic increment in electricity tariff, Nigerians should cast their mind back to atrocities of Fashola as the Governor of Lagos State where several millions was used to build an ordinary site, one would have expected Nigerians senate to have disqualify him and others as the Minister of the Federal republic of Nigeria but reverse was the case, what should we expect from the birds of a feather, same of the same.
Fashola actually did more havoc than good as the Governor of Lagos,the flower planting Governor who denied several millions State Students of Lagos State Scholarship (Grant), Bola Tinubu will give two hundred thousand to all applicant without any form of discrimination as the Governor of Lagos, Jagaban will approve 100 applicant out of 100 applicant, Fashola came in with deceit of increasing in the grant from 200.000 to 300.000, Lagossians were deceived with Fashola deceit. Lagosaina were denied same grant after increment, several Billions was allotted to the grant but was not given out all in the name of Fashola deceits with 1 out of 100 approval method, Lagosians were frustrated and the whole money went down the drain.and not accounted for.
Raji Fashola administration was fool of deceit, we all see how tuition of Lagos State tertiary institution was increased times without remorse from Raji fashola, there was the issue of double taxation in Lagos where Lagosians were being subjected to series of exploitation vis a vis the activities of LASTMAN,and others, the use of the press and act of playing to the gallery such as flower planting and and selected outer face uplift of Lagos has been able to cover up for all atrocities committed by Fashola administration. ofcourse whoever much is given much should be expected, was the developmental project of fashola in commensurate with the charges and taxes paid by Lagosians, what is the sense in Fashola's low cost housing that is out of the reach of the low income earners, how can we explain the glorified nonsense lock up shops out of the reach of those really in need of it. A low cost housing of six three bed room flat will cost about 20 million each, Lagosians are being exploited. governance is not just all about selfishness and planting of flowers and painting or placing Christmas light around or running after traffic offenders its all about people comfort,. to who much is given mush is expected. how can we compare Fasoye Ekiti with that of Fasola. lets just assume they receive same allocation ofcourse the IGR generated in Alimosho of Lagos can be equal to the entire Ekiti State IGR. Fashola case is just like the case of a gate man boasting to have prevented an intruder, what is so special for a gate man who has just performed the function he's paid to perform .
Zambia has just recently scrapped 73 per cent hike tarriffs for industrials and commercial users follwing an outcry from people while Fashola is bussy asking poeple to just go ahead and accept the barbaric tariff increment, what an absurdit? Nigerian should wake from slumber and stop seeing a man who does not really care about peoples yawning but only cares about playing to the gallery at the expense of the people just like he did in Lagos. Everyday for the thief and one day is reserves for the owner,no man or sinners shall go unpunished, whoever is out there deceiving people claiming to be what he is not and he be exposed one will one be exposed
