Two PHCH were reportedly electrocuted to death yesterday(02/10/2016)., according to the source, the two PHCN officials got electrocuted at kogberegbe street, Isolo Lagos. The fist according to source got electrocuted while attempting to rescue his colleague who got electrocuted. all effort to get the names of these victims got abortive as at the time of filling this report. Don't you think is high time Nigerians should start employing and imbibing the culture of a safety officers where all Job Safety Analyses will be fully implemented. All establishment should be made to come up with a well and formal safety department where a safety officer will always accompany workers to site to avert lost of lives and properties, why all these deliberate and avoidable fatality.
