NIGERIAN POLITICS, WHAT A DIRTY GAME

Should this be seen as constructive criticism. the picture bellow shows an obvious photo shot antics of Nigerian Politics, should this be seen as one of the reason for saying politics is dirty, is this the right ways and manners to constructively criticize an opposition party, should we give kudos or a knock on the head  Nigerian Politician for this childish and comic ways and manners. what should we say is the reasons for this. perhaps this is not a photo shot. can readers please spot the difference in case there are mo difference.
