Man Rescued from attempted suicide ,Tragedy was averted in Lagos on Friday when an unidentified man mounted an electricity transmission tower, the averted tragedy occurred at Powerline Street, Calvary Bus Stop in Egbe-Idimu Local Council Development Area. it was gathered that the man was earlier seen wondering around aimlessly at the early hour of the day before carrying out the mountain like climbing unto the journey of no possible return, but for the intervention of the people who took the risk of climbing unto the high tension power-line to rescue him.
The rescue but risky mission had to be carried out by the community and idimu police patrol team when all plea of over three hours fell on the deaf hear of the man, the man on a suicide was rescued and taken away by the Police and nothing has been heard of it as the police has not made any official statement regarding the matter.
